For this project, I reverse-engineered a pneumatic rocker engine, taking it from a physical assembly to a full CAD model and finally back to a working prototype. Working in the machine shop, I used manual mills and lathes to fabricate components from aluminum, steel, and brass, focusing on maintaining tight tolerances and adhering to GD&T standards. I developed work plans to manage the machining sequence, followed strict shop safety protocols, and meticulously measured every part to ensure the final assembly operated smoothly.
